Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other bookings.
Refusal of Services
The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse services to any client for reasons including but not limited to:

Hygiene concerns

Aggressive or disrespectful behavior

Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Refusal of service will be at the discretion of the makeup artist and may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cleanliness
The makeup artist will ensure the cleanliness of their tools and equipment for each client, adhering to industry hygiene standards.
Clients are expected to maintain a clean and clutter-free environment for the makeup artist to work in.
If the makeup artist travels to the client’s home, it is expected that the client’s space is tidy and suitable for the service.
